You can tell by the material of the foams n the shape but if u want real foams buy them frum a real store which will be around 150 to 220 & up only ppl who have foams for a long time can tell fakes frum real which would then help them saved a buck or 2

You can just simply look at the size tag inside your Foams and find the date when it was made. Every pair of Nike shoes have a tag that shows the dates they were made. For example, all Gym Red Foamposties were made between November 12 and December 1, 2014. That's the easiest way you can tell that your Foams are real.

Stab your carbon fiber to see if it's real. If it's fake you'll break through it easily with scissors or a kinfe, but not on real carbon fiber, not even a scratch.

It isn't worth it though. Authentic foams don't bend or crease at all and they last forever. They're literally built like a tank. Authentic foams also have a specific shape to them and the fakes are way off that it isn't even funny. I'm not here to tell anyone how to spend their money, but it' easy as hell to spot fake foamposites by the way that they're shaped.
