Unfortunately, THIS is the situation I'm in. There's this one girl who I've heard liked to talk about me with her friends and parents, but I'm just afraid that I might be getting the wrong idea when I finally talk to her. Or she ignores me due to shyness, which will make me look awkward and/or creepy. EDIT: Except that I'm still young and still have a chance. Gotta increase my courage. When they say, "Go ahead and talk to her", they probs haven't realized it's much easier said than done.

Everything makes sense now! Not long ago this girl liked me but mainly online and dodged flirting. One day she talked on the phone (a rare occasion) and puts her cousin on the phone with me. She was super flirty with me and before long we exchanged numbers and began dating. Then the other girl was suddenly pissed at me told us both off. She acted liked she was not intrested in me i liked her but felt it wasn't going to fly cause she didn't like me. I was wrong she really did care. Lesson learned. Shy girls are so funny to watch. Just today I was waiting to go through a cashier and two girls come up behind me. The other lane is open but they refuse to go. Then the one girl says something and the other girl leaves us. Then the one still there is turned at me but looking away hard. So I step closer and just stare at her and she won't budge. So I turn back and she puts her hands on my cart like shes with me. I just chuckled at her. I wish you shy girls would at least look at us so we know whats up a little easier lol.

One good thing, if you think the shy girl likes you, and you like her too and there's this strange eye contact and connection, there's a chance that she really likes you. Just because sometimes we get attracted to similarities. But, the girl immediately loses interest if she realizes you did not meet her expectations when you start talking. My advice, don't fall in love for someone you just met on a cafe or someone you see in the street. There must be mutual friends or you see each other everyday. You have to know the person. Also don't expect and don't assume.

I was ridiculously oblivious to when women are interested in me, but just recently I started paying more attention to a woman’s body language. I saw 3 different incredibly beautiful women recently whom I can confidently say that I think they were interested in me, now I just have to push myself to ask for their number after the conversation, lol. 😅 Here’s what I looked for. 1) When you catch them looking at you first. 2) You catch them looking at you consistently. 3) They smile or laugh easily when you talk to them. 4) They seem to enjoy your company. 5) They fidget with their hands or hair. 6) They look back at you when they walk away. 7) They blush. 8) They ask you questions. 9) They try to get close to you. I have noticed that all of these are really good body language signals that a shy woman is most likely interested in you. Now, I just need to take my own advice and just ask for their social media or even phone number. 😂🤓

I have a few tips that I think can help. I think I’m good looking. I don’t look at myself that way though. But I’ve only ever pursued one girl I’ve ever been with. All the others have pursued me. I’m mega slow on picking up on signals so they have to be plain obvious for me to notice, which I don’t think girls mind if they’re into you. They like reservedness in guys. Just be yourself and be nice. Don’t get caught in the trap where you think treating them mean to keep them keen will work. Give women more credit than that. Plus if that’s not you deep down, then women will sense you’re a fake. Look women in the eyes when you talk to them, and that engages them too. Carry yourself well when you walk because women take notice of posture. You ever noticed a hot girl’s good posture and found it attractive? Dress sharp, have good shoes and don’t have a sh*t haircut. Smelling nice by use of cologne goes a long way too. Smile at girls because a lot of girls love a guy’s smile.

That's not what we meant to do! How can we clear it up?

It was sad when I texted to my crush who I thought she was shy. But, she never reply to my text. It was sad. Heart_broken moments. But, at least I know she does not like me. I can move on now.

@@theworkdonebymeandyou2145 true. I had my girlfriend cheat on me in 6th grade because from my understanding, she does that alot. In Seventh grade, I know this Russian girl who frequently looks at me from a distance in Guitar class. One time, I caught her look at me and she just smiled and turned to her friend beside her (take note, this is in seventh grade and is happening to me lately, lol). Before, I didn't have that many feelings towards her but I noticed our connection is getting stronger by the second. I like her alot, but I don't feel like it's the time for me to ask her yet since I am shy just like she is.

@@hodor9851 Well I liked this girl but when I asked her, I had no answer. This was heart-breaking. But, you have to know there are other girls in life. Yes, that girl was my crush but she is not the only "fish in this bowl". Girls are just girls. You can always have other girls. Have a good day friend. By the way, she looks kinda ok. I liked her was because she got that body. Anyway, I think God did not want me to have her because you know half of my feelings for her were lust.

@@theworkdonebymeandyou2145 lol, what a coincidence, my crush has "that body" too. But I mean, sexual attraction to a girl in that way is human nature and is ok, however, it is best to just keep it private at such age (specially towards her). I really wish you the best in life buddy, prayers.

I'm a shy girl, and I also smile a lot when my crush is around.

Warning don’t date a girl if y’all barely talk is going be super awkward and that = break up first build a friendship the when you think y’all talk a lot go ahead and ask them out

Alot of ppl say I'm Beautiful or Pretty but most boys have no interest bc I shy & quiet.l

I almost never saw a girl display any hints of interest. If a girl is shy and makes sure to never show the least bit of interest, then it is preposterous to expect a guy to interpret anything about her as a sign she would like to be approached. At least in my own life, I always had to do 100% of the effort to express my interest, never the other way around. And it wasn't easy for me, because I was never very outgoing either.

This so confirmed my suspicion that a shy girl at work ( the bosses daughter) is actually interested. Literally every single point was spot on!👌

There's no such thing as a shy girl -- at least not if the girl in question is more on the attractive side. If she is, she'll have experienced male attention since her early teens. And that does something to a girl. Something that lets her be neither shy nor nice. Speaking as a man in his mid-40s, I met exactly 1 (ONE) beautiful woman in my entire life who was despite her looks...no, not really shy, but very gentle, very caring. I'm with her for 10 happy years now, and I know I've been damn lucky. It's like finding a needle in a haystack. So many spoiled girls out there.
