I didn't do a tattoo since, I've just been learning and practicing. But now I'm more confident with my skills, I want to begin giving tattoos

It's like no one wants to do apprenticeships. I've called like everywhere in st.louis. 😪 what's your advice for an independent artist ? How do I get licensed if no one wants to help ? I can draw superrrr good & I have tattoo equipment. What should I do ? Pleaseeee reply
