Tattoo pain isn't really much when it's over and you have amazing art on you forever. I personally don't feel it when I get tattooed. I'm very lucky, I have friends that have to go to multiple sessions to get something they could do in one.

@@troubled_envy I only have one tattoo (for now) and it was fifty times less painful than I thought it would be. Like, it only hurts in the pinpoint tiny spot where the needle is, and the machine makes that whole area vibrate gently so the painful stimulus is like one percent of the total sensory information Granted, it wasn't anything that has to be filled in (lettering), my artist was super gentle, and I have sensory issues, but it actually felt kinda nice

I honestly laugh at artist who offer $$$ Tapout sessions, I’m like are you sure cause I’ll fall asleep on you and leave you sitting in that chair tatting all night and day. Don’t get me wrong a artist can certainly make you tapout just by running that needle harder and deeper or with no ink over areas they’ve already finished. Lol. Me personally I’ve always told my artist to take the needle as deep as he can because I’m a electrician so I work in all types of environments and situations so I don’t have the luxury of being able to fully keep my tatt oiled up or out the sun. This way my tatts won’t fade. Don’t get me wrong I definitely take care of them some more then others. But in my opinion getting a tatt kinda feels hot. The needle won’t bother you but the heat is what I tend to only feel

im 14 and i really wanna become a tattoo artist not for the cash but to express my creativity and use my talent on others. first im gonna start off with doing henna, since its not permanent but when i get older i hope to start practicing on the holy orange

It is a lot harder than it seems. I do tattooing (albeit on fake skin and I’m still a beginner). It really depends on the machine you’re using and what you’re trying to do. Along with what techniques you use and the styles you’re used to. Though, there are a lot of bad artists and bad people on Ink Master. They also probably wanted the drama and stress of them “”struggling”” to tattoo. I don’t really watch Ink Master because I would prefer a more peaceful and calm tattooing contest show.

It’s crazy how I learned so much by watching this and since I already know how to draw and shade so this was very helpful for when I pick up a tattoo pen and start practicing 🖤❤️❤️

Oh god please tell me you did it sanitarily and used a proper tattoo machine, not one off Amazon Tattooing yourself is very dangerous, you could get horrible tattoo infections that could even lead to death

honestly this really helps so much man!!! i’m getting to the age where all anyone wants to talk about at school is “what do you want to do when you graduate” and every time i saw tattoo artist they give me a look of disappointment and no matter what i can’t just seem to find anything that would help me at all to really figure it out, i’ve just kinda been stuck because i didn’t understand a n y t h i n g T^T i just had big dreams and a pintrest board lol but ive been binge watching your videos and holy crap man they’re helping explain things so much! and the way you show it instead of just saying it is literally so helpful you have no idea- so seriously thank you so much- now i’m off to design dumb flower tattoos! :D

after you master basic shapes and shading techniques could you put basic tattoo stencils on the orange and detail em?

I've done a lot of pencil charcoal and a bit of paint art.. I have designed tattoos but never picked up a gun. I think I will watch these videos to get me started

I just started with a dragon pen on ebay and its very easy to use and did 4 for 4 perfect tats so far and practiced on fruit for a week but its worth the training

Clients love watching videos like this while getting tattooed cause someone (me) with high social anxiety i wear headphones so content like this helps answer Little questions they may have that some of us artists find annoying or in our eyes "common sense" lol

I learned basic line work and started doing shit on myself. I have two tattoos and they’re kinda small but I’m proud of myself. Weed leaf was both simple and all line work so I did that and went a little harder next time and did a pistol with basic detail and depth
