It also good to say you don't know. Because if you really don't, you should never pretend you do. No one is perfect. People will appreciate you more when they know you are humble enough to accept there are things you don't know.
Math classes were a nightmare for me. The anxiety I feel as an adult may have stemmed from that fear of being called on and not having the answer. Now, I fear not knowing things when people look to me for answers. I even make them up just to show them what I think is confidence. I will practice the words "I don't know" . I am confident it will make my life easier.

I'm sO happy for you Lindsey!! Making sense of ourselves is sometimes easy, as in your case. From what you said/ I think you are a pretty sophisticated sister!! Just be yourself. That's enough. Take care...also, the holidays are around the corner so: Blessings to you and yours. ✌❤🙏 Remember if you don't know... . The answer is always, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I DON'T KNOW". Peace Lindsey. Sincerely sent from Rhode Island ✌

This happened to me as well. It has shown up in so many ways in my life... The teacher was sooo mean (3rd grade teacher) So I would associate math with failure and hated it.

@@dagifted_1 I hated math!..til this very day..
The pause after "what does a show off really tell you, I'm gonna tell you next........(: " is deadliest pause-smile combo I've ever seen. Especially when coupled with the scared, shuddering breath that Rise took. OML i'd get the hell out of that studio if I were here at that moment
Be the teachable teacher

Great job Mel
She seems really receptive to criticism and advice.

Thank you! EVERY know-it-all I knew HAD to be in control of EVERYONE and EVERYTHING. If they even admit they don't know or have it under control (in reality they Never admit but things get out of control), they get angry and verbally abusive.
I just talked to HR about the know it all at work. Now the knit wit knows to stay the hell away from me.

Gdm. Kathrin Johnson 🙆 😊😨😁
The guests on this show seem like actors to me. Something screams fake. I know I’ve seen the girl Samantha ( from today’s episode not this one) somewhere else on tv.

Mel. I say I don't know when I don't know things and people call me stupid or get pissed at me when I say I don't know What do you do then?😳

Yup. Gotta give her that. Love that she was open to change.
She seems rather manipulative I'd say
After this VERY PUBLIC airing of their personal & private situations, they will probably end their relationship.
This is the equivalent of “I was cheated on in 7th grade so now I’m a cheater.”
This seems stage. The know-it-all girl seems like she’s acting.
