I always use my headset on my right and when I do put it on my left ear it sounds clearer! Honestly I think I’ve just gone deaf from all the screaming customers and cops when they pass by with their sirens.

I remember when I first started in Back Cash I was making so many silly nonsense mistakes that I was worried about my GM firing me but now I’m lucky if I make 1-2 cause it means I’m concentrating on my job Other times it’s the customer’s fault for being in La La Land cause of their phone and not paying attention whatsoever to what I say If I read the order back to them they say Yeah like they’re really drugged up or drunk as a skunk The best way to correct a mistake is to learn from it

I started working at drive thru I think about 3 weeks ago. Still suck but getting better. The only problem I have is, WHEN CUSTOMERS DONT SPEAK CLEARLY, THEY CHANGE THEIR ORDERS CONSTANTLY, WHEN THEY REACH THE CASHIER WINDOW, THEY WANT TO CHANGE ALMOST ALL THE STUFF, PEOPLE THAT SIT AT THE PASSENGER SIDE ARE TAKING ORDERS, OH AND LETS NOT FORGET, WHEN THEIR KIDS DONT KNOW HOW TO SHUT THE F UP! That's about all the problem I have. Besides that I'm fine. I can do payment and take order at the same time but it's slow so yeah... that's about all of it

I love how they have two people at night working front and two people in the back. Doing the work of 4 or more people and expect you to do all the jobs of those people and clean and keep times down .and still be out in an hour .

You can sweep and mop your area. Clean and sanitize your area especially with the virus going around. Sometimes you can make happy meal boxes. Stuff like that to keep you busy

Lane 1 will beep once and lane 2 will beep twice. The A1 button on the headset is lane 1 and A2 is lane 2. If you have the HME headsets at your location

hey,I literally just started working at McDonald’s and I’m 17. So with my McDonald’s we (every applicant brought in for an interview) is sat across a table with a interviewer. 1. Make sure you’re not timid(as you’re in a group any person not speaking as much they’re most likely not to accept) 2. Speak loud 3. Apply your previous work experience to the questions. For example one of the questions they asked me was “When was a time you had to work with a time constraint” 4. Show you have some knowledge about McDonald’s where it apply’s to certain questions 5. If they ask about whether fast or friendly service is better, say both, speak about how fast service is expected but speak more about friendly. 6.ask some questions - don’t go overboard research some stuff about being a McDonald’s employee so you can have questions that’ll actually give you answers to something you want to know. I’m not sure if all McDonald’s have their interviews in a big group but even if they don’t the rules about being in a group can still be applied.

?uest wow, they really ask u all of that? My friend got me an application, I filled that out and turned it in. The very next day, my friend told me to go to McDonalds so I did, they gave me papers for orientation and just asked what I want my name tag to say and what shirt size I wear. I was able to start working after going to orientations.
