My boss is yelling at me "take it apart, I've done it a thousand times!" Uh, not since you had a stroke. So he comes over and has no idea how to take it apart, lol. Thanks to the video, I could handle it. I would recommend hosing off the pan BEFORE collapsing it. Leave the pan in its bottom location.

37 seconds in and you have transformed my life. I have finally collapsed my cage. My dog border collapsed my dog cage 10 years ago and I stopped using it a while back and changed to a lightweight fabric one once my dogs got elderly. For several years I was convinced I jammed my cage forever after I set it back up all these years ago and was going out of my mind because I needed the space but didn’t want to get rid of the cage! Lost my support dog Chandler to a rapid, aggressive cancer and finally decided to 'put him away' today; box up his toys and basement his crate which was hard enough without having to fight the damned crate I couldn't figure out. I lent my crate to a neighbour who force folded it in a way that meant I couldn't open it out due to cross latchings. It took a while for me to get it erected by bending hooks out of their wrong positions. Then your video reminded me how to fold it properly. Thank you so much. 🎉🎉🎉

I can't believe how easy this was after watching your video! I have attempted many times to collapse the carrier over 15 days to only to fail in frustration.
