Ok so you can contact your study centre to ask if there is any WhatsApp group formed for your batch or the another easy way to search MA Psychology ignou groups on telegram. There you may also find students of the same batch over telegram groups and also some RCs have created official groups on telegram.

In case of non psychology background and to begin with MA Psychology from IGNOU you must begin with class 12th ncert books. It has the grounds for the First four papers of first year. It will be extremely helpful if you begin with that.

It completely depends whether you're studying for knowledge or to make a career in this field. Now if you're looking for the second option there are a lot of opportunities after doing PG in psychology even if it was not your subject in grad.

If you see previous year date sheets, there was no gap or hardly a gap of 1 day between two or three papers. Generally there is no gap between 5th and 6th paper

1. If you had taken NOC in the beginning of your course , you're not required to take that again. 2. If you're not going to use your degree in your government sector , then you're not required to take it. 3. Internship is required to be done in 240 hours and this time frame is divided by the organization from where you will do your internship so that can last upto 3months depending on many factors.

Your course is valid for 5 years from Aug 2020 . June 2025 is the last exam cycle you can appear but try to avoid to keep it till last . Try to complete before that. I would recommend you to submit your assignments in this present cycle and fill exam forms for upcoming June 2023 and then you can submit your assignments for 2nd year and appear for 2nd year exams in Dec 2023

You can buy books from outside but you won’t get the exact syllabus in those books. In case of IGNOU MA Psychology the books are only those which are available on egyankosh. If you want the same syllabus in simplified language or may be more content on same topics, you will have to compile the topics from different books of different authors. No books of exact syllabus are available. What is available- help books like questions bank types with limited and only most asked topics

Mostly papers are compulsory in B.Ed. Psychology is also compulsory subject. You can definitely teach primary kids after B.ed. One more thing after doing MA Psychology if you do B.ed , you will find B.ed extremely easy.

The name of the university is definitely mentioned in the final grade card and since it is an open university so it is understood but distance learning is a valid mode now so dont be bothered about it.

You will have to go to your study centre only once to submit Assignments. Just in case you can't go. You can send your family member or friend but make sure to give a photo copy of your IGNOU ID to that person. In case of practical you will have to attend there is no alternative.
