Video seems to be outdated. Google might have changed the settings. I followed the advice, but unable to switch to expert mode.

go to appearance option and select move to previous design option. This will take you to expert mode, but see to it that you do not select other circled alternatives. it really works

@@erkamcirdi Hi, I just got off the phone with Google Ads support. Once you add billing information your Google account is in expert mode. Go to your ads dashboard, click on appearance at the top and select use old design.
