I don't think so. Though ur title shows as non technical personal, you can say internally you have worked in a software project. One guy under me placed with non it skill only in tcs.. as I said, the information I am giving based real-time scenarios only

With the career gap means we have to go with fake only. As u know, right, it's been 8 years. But check if there is any it or no it related projects in your current organization. If so, you can show this 4-year experience as well
