Good video. Especially appreciated chapter 5 onwards. It's draining always being the one to start something, but I suppose that's the only way I can stay social. I'll have to looking into picking up an "extra-curricular." Love the use of that word because I've always just thought of it as a school thing. But there's no reason why it can't be an adult thing too. lol
