I work in a food distribution warehouse with physical labor I have no problem sleeping for 5 hours but it is a deep sleep then I get a slight headache which lasts for a couple hours. The only thing that upsets me is feeling groggy part of my day and not getting enough done! Now 830pm to 530am thanks

Girl, I use a staple gun and staple those curtains to the wall around my window so zero sunshine comes in 😂😂😂😂 and also putting foil or even black paper on the window helps a lot too! And keeping your room cold while you sleep helps keep you asleep

Hey! Great video. I've been working night shift for 5 years now. I MUST take a nap before work. If I don't, I'm totally nodding off all night. I'm going to take your advice about eating healthy though, I usually just eat whatever I can grab or I use Uber eats and get something greasy. 😩 Great vid. Buying black out curtains today!!!

Thank you so much for sharing this! I’m a new grad L&D RN trying to prepared myself. I actually am a night owl already (obs as I post at 3am LOL) but I’m also a mom returning to the workforce and trying to help my family adjust. Do you switch over to days (sounds like yes) and if so, any tips for that?

Is Night Shift doable? I have an interview within my company for a senior position but it’s Night Shift and I’m anxious in accepting the offer if I pass, because I’ve never really had a Night Shift job
