So quick question I am a creator I got the code and you can support on website. Yet when in game the C next to my name does not show up and the details options does not as well. Any clue where I am going wrong

This is beyond the scope of my knowledge my guy. No C next to your name is a huge issue. I suggest taking it up with Nexon Support and make sure you've got your account details properly sorted out mate.

you have to link you steam account to your nexon account might even make you start progression over. it did at least for me

Weird, but I am indeed there. Tbh, everyone just uses the creator link when supporting now. It's faster and less hassle.

Hey thanks for the detailed video. I'm a creator also but unfortunately linking wipes save data at this time. Did you link your account before starting or is there another "safe" method to link a steam account to a Nexon account? When I link the account, I pretty much have to start over until I delink the account. I won't get the Creator symbol like you showed in your video unless there's a method I don't haven't been exposed to yet.

You should have linked waaaay before. It was one of the things we were all recommended to do. So yeaaah, not quite sure that didn't happen. I was linked up since 2023 :P. There is no safe method unfortunately, best send them a support ticket and see what they can do to help you. However, as a professional, always have everything linked at all times before any contract work begins.

You should have a link, so use that to talk to your people :)

All good, if you do make a purchase in future, I thank you in advance. As for my status as a creator. I can confirm I still am one in game 🤣🤣. You should make sure that your game and your nexon ID are linked btw. If you do not see my status in game, that might be one of the problems.. Did you properly link your game and your nexon account?

@@RealAsianRobot I did. From the website I linked them and it even kicked me back to the main menu in game to "finish linking the account." And after I registered to support you I even restarted game before searching for you. :D

@deathdawning982 its fully cross platform. Don't forget to link your nexon ID before starting and of course, register as a supporter my friend ;). I'm trying to grow as a Nexon creator. Enjoy the game!

@deathdawning982 it doesn't work on mobile for some phones (mostly apple) you can do it in game as well. Just search me up as a friend and we can go from there (as per the video). I have a space on my friends list for you, no problem lol

​@@RealAsianRobot It may also be a console issue too tried the in game thing like you showed in video but your profile comes up different with no intractable options other than whisper or add friend. If I get you added may be able to do it like that. Im going to hold off on buying anything yet. Really enjoyed it so far so definitely down for buying a few things lol

@@deathdawning982 Hmm in that case, your only option is to get to a laptop and just use google chrome to hit the link from there and you should be good to go :)
