Official is the purest form of DayZ IMO! Happily, I've not encountered any hackers whatsoever on the 1pp hardcore official servers. Heaps on the 3pp official servers though, sadly.

Just a tip, sometimes a smaller backpack is best as you don't want to carry too much at once to max your stamina, it also lets you see behind easier without a mountain backpack blocking your vision and keeps your profile lower as to not be seen while hiding behind a rock or a wall from a player

My best success rates have been achieved by staying away from the big cities and military bases opting for convoy spawns and cop shops . Food, water, medicine and good clothes are first for me. Then good weapons, ammo and repair kits. My first move off the beach is finding water and food. I eat and drink until full then I move to my second need which is dry warm clothing and boots. Then a cop shop or convoy. Once geared I start stashing repair kits and ammo until I have the supplies to run missions into military bases .

@@scotty09021 unfortunately its all hand sync and practice mate - it took me about a month to fully transfer my skills over to PC - but when i got the hang of it it actually improved my aim and whole round game so just keep at it mate

I haven't been here in awhile but this is gonna be a fire video sorry I've been gone so long hopefully I'm back to watching

I like going into NWAF from the west and the North much more than from the south or east. That slope coming up from the east is so dangerous because anyone in grishino or the hill behind grishino can easily see you and it's such a wide open area where you're visible to a very large area.

When the trains First dropped it was noted that the Grenade launchers could be found on top of the fuel tanker cars. It's risky but risk v reward.

Hey mate, of course. Well there are multiple answers here, and if you start off the right way - gaining food and water first it’ll take you a couple of hours, if you run and rely upon food a long the way you can do it in 1.5 - if you get into any interactions this could be significantly more. This weekend I got KOS three times in a row while outside of mil zones. I've been doing pretty good when I can make it to a military zone and maybe walk away with a few things, but it's the random encounters at weird places, especially early in a run, seem to be doing me in. Any suggestions?

Always adapt your approach to every situation , every town, every base.. I like to move through cover unless I’m out for content - take your time to look around for signs of activity and do t be afraid to stay still longer to ensure survival. The second anyone even acts dodgy in anyway that’s when you should KOS. See if that helps TheSaguache

On a server with high pop like 4185 it's a bit of a toss. I understand the route you are taking...but seeing how you travel and loot would get you shot guaranteed on a server like that.

You can type in search bar vanilla and you’ll see many servers which have very little mods mate 👍

If someone adds a keyboard too console how does loot sorting work does it work like PC or like standard console

Hey Matt, don’t need them really unless playing Namalsk or sliding down a ladder. So for me on any map other than Namalsk they are not an essential item - but still worth having - yeah you can craft a full kit from rags these days. Thanks for your comments and support. Apprecaite it.

Hey ro_mn1918 you so t come into contact with cheaters often my man it’s occasionally on official therefore, just just got to accept it when you do, and kill them when you can 👍

One of the worst changes for me was making it so the zombies can hear you when crouch running, so bad for solo players. Official loot is bad as well man you’ve just gone all the way to tissy and the best you had was an m16 it’s a joke.

they are mostly showing between high/medium pop on most however, due to the fact there are so many different areas of the map to visit now for different things such as NBC suits/Toxic Zones/Military's/ Hunting cabins etc.. people are very evenly spread out at present..its not uncommon to do a run and not actually see anyone, however, you will hear shots etc.. but then there are days when you bump into or hunt loads of ppl. What does a z on top of a roof mean ?

it means someone has come through the area within the last 20 mins or so and locked the Z inside a building - what then happens in time the Z ens up on the roof - hope this helps mate

Hey Mr. Dorbot, thank you for your comment and support. It’s very difficult most of the time you won’t know until your suddenly dead. However, you can beta them sometimes but for that you will need to know the cheats they use and the distances involved so I think it’s 1000 meters away a hacker can see what’s in your hands - so don’t run with your gun in your hand all the time - speed running - there’s not a lot you can do about that if you see a player zipping about the map just hide, and if they have god mode then it’s pointless no matter what you do you can’t damage them, the most common hack you will see is when a player shoots into the air no where near you but the bullets still hit you.. again nothing you can do but avoid and run zig zags - hope this helps

Why didn’t you just trap the zombies or fight them properly im zeleno instead of getting red health and why did you take a 90 bag unless your planning to build a base

I hear you Charlie, there are a umber of things you can do to stay away from those individuals - 1. Change server the second you feel you have come up against one. 2. Stay away from novo clock tower, and coastal routes near there like sevetlo - for some reason charters/hackers tend to use these locations more than most. 3. Make sure when your running you don’t run with a decent weapon on n your hands be of their cheats shows them what weapon you have in your hands. These Simone thighs can massively change your game experience let me know how it goes mate genuinely interested

I appreciate your video but somethings not right. On almost all officials i play on, theres other ppl, Especially in vmc, nwaf. Ive rarely ever been through without contact, unless u jump on otherside of the eorld servers and is mid a.m. time. You running around, shooting, like theres not anything other than zeds to worry about. The officials i play on, that'll get u back on the shore

@@Cobra_ he used to do videos for cod back in the day, he hit his peak around the time of mw3…. similar style to this vid. Very informative and factual, it would be good if someone did the same sort of thing for dayz tbh, Maybe watch some of his older cod vids especially his weapons guides and maybe get some inspiration…you might be able to take a thing or two from them that will go well with this series I think 👍 Great vid any way I look forward to watching more.

Hi Scott, no this was filmed live on the Linux new servers (they are official servers) as I said at the beginning the only think not official is any cinematic’s. But thank you for your comments and support.

There are hackers about on officials but few and far between

Wish the hackers would stay on community servers so they don't ruin the official experience why bother even playing if your basically god in the game that isn't backed by actual skill seems literally pointless to play if your cheating on official takes all the fun out of the game and ruins the experience for new gamers trying to get into it making less people wanting to play these games eventually that behavior will leave the servers empty over time hope people become more considerate of these facts it's a good game would hate to see it die out the more people who play it the more likely they will improve it and update it please consider this when playing any game don't ruin official experiences when their are private options I just don't see the sense in this anyone else feel the same way

Dude, 10 minutes in you already have more kit and food than I can acquire after 4hrs and 6 respawns. I have about 20hrs total on the game and can't even navigate. This is guide is well beyond me.

Sorry to hear this my man, sounds like we need to get you a route - try travelling on the coast from town to town, looting boats for hooks, fishing rod etc.. get your water from a well and fish for food this will keep you alive a lot longer then gradually venture in land with good supplies

@@Cobra_ I got that, it's getting the tools and starting a fire. Also, navigating to specific cities and loot routes is well beyond me at this point.

@@DaOzMan0608 it takes time and hours in the game mate, like i say mate, it takes about 6 months to get the hang of the game its just hours and understanding the map, where things are, getting to know it, make sure you use isurvive map its a download this will massively help you out also - let us know how you get on and if your still struggling jump into my discord and shott the community ma message or two lot of new players and experienced players in there

Hey Fresh Noob - thanks for your comment and support. There are the odd few we all end up at some point dealing with however, not as bad as what some people say. Still very much so, worth playing officials
