How about this: PW1 was proven by prosecution evidence dangerous driving, high-speed overtaking and queue-jumping from the left, near and at alleged junction, carrying prohibited object with prohibited vehicle and without valid license and insurance to keep moving straight ahead during heavy traffic jam on his lane. Does the phrase "travelling straight ahead" in the voided and repelled subsidiary legislation exonerate PW1 from various forms of traffic negligence and prohibitions and therefore the Applicant was at fault for failure to give way to him? (Court of appeal)..

Dear Dr. Gk, how to form a question that unreoresented stand in acccused dock and 33:36 has no table to take note, unaccessible to onscreen NOP, and husband was prohibited to help in oppose to DPP with assistant, onscreen NOP table to take note for compoundable offence..

On the first limb for questions decided by the first time, does it refer to only Federal Court cases as reported in the law reports, or it includes the unreported decisions of the Federal Court which may largely be unknown to lawyers?
