I saw the 1996 performance in St. Louis. I’m glad someone posted a clip. I even got a photo with him. He was a really nice guy. If I could attach the picture I would.

And to think, when he got casted in this show he was already in his mid-30’s, yet could still pass off for being a decade younger
His voice is a little pitchy in sections, but overall LOVE IT!!

Just like In the movie, there was more talk singing than real singing! I think he’s comedic enough for the role

@@sodacurt it is him singing! The reason why it sounds pitchy is because it’s really hard to sing and dance at the same time while still being on key 💗
