Hi Suyash, Your videos have always helped many of us during the sponsorship process. Thank you for all the informative videos, specially even after your spouse PR application is completed. According to me the easy and best way to upload photos to prove your relationship is to insert image in word document and then below that image insert a text box stating what the image is about. As they have asked about the description about each photo. So I added a text box below every image making sure that image and the text do not go beyond single page and repeated this until the file size was just below 4 MB. Did the same for remaining photos in another word document and then converted these 2 documents to PDF which makes sure the alignment is unaltered. It took just 2 PDF files to upload 20 photos with description on each photo. This avoids hassle of adding LOE to explain what the photo means and then agent don't have to run through 2 files back and forth to understand information about each image. I hope this helps. Thank you. :)

Hey your videos are super useful, thanks for all the hardwork. I have one suggestion regarding the photo uploading. Referring to the guide the upload under the photos section must be the individaul passport sized photo and all the other photos should be uploaded in proof of relationship section.

You can print your photos to PDF after adding the context text block. Printing to PDF will automatically be compressed by design of how PDF works. All my pictures have been done this way and fall bellow even 1mb per photo!

Your videos are really nice and helpful. I took the pr photo which was good. But the issue is with scanning it. When I scanned it in my scanner it looked glossy and like too much light on the face. But your scan looks so good no glossy.

Quick note everyone. Even though the portol says docx are accepted when I uploaded my file, they were not able to open it because of format error. My wife has successfuly done biometerics and medical and is now in the background check stage. Hi Suyash, I followed your steps in submitting photos for PR Application so in total I will be uploading 21 photo documents including the Photo description and it only allow to upload 10photos same to the additional supporting documents. I tried to compressed and combined them as an option to lower the MB but they came more even larger MB. As I scroll down the Additional Supporting Documents can I use the Other? Hi Suyash, I'm currently in the process of filling out my parents' sponsorship application and could use some advice. Regarding the photos required for the application, I have separate images for the front and back of each photo. Do I need to combine them into one JPG file, or can I submit them separately? The instructions have been updated. No DOB on ceremony photos anymore. only on the back of personal photo. I made this video as per the latest instructions on 5533. make sure you check its latest version

Hello Suyansh I am Rajmeet, currently living in Windsor, ON. My wife did her Master's study from Windsor now on a work permit. we will apply for a non express entry (master graduate stream). She is the primary applicant. I have a few queries. 1. PCC required for spouse ( me) or only for primary applicant ? 2. Regarding the birth certificate I saw in your video, it's really good. I applied for late BC. My query is : My name on my birth certificate is only my name, not surname, but in my passport I have both my name and surname. Is this correct? and acceptable. If possible please also make a video on NON express entry after receiving nomination certificate in future. Thanks

Is it necessary to add a seperate file for the descriptions of the photos? Can we just add a label on each photo with the name, date of birth, date of picture and context. Like you showed in your previous videos?

Hey Suyash, is it important to name each person mentioned in the photo? For instance if there are about 10 people in one photo, it's description will become very long! Do you know if it is okay to just say "family members" instead of naming them all? Or should I not include such a photo!? Thanks for any insights.

You dont have to name each person at all. in fact, don’t have to name anyone inside the photos. Provide details(only of applicant) in a separate document as shown in the video

Under guide 5289, Technical issues it says”you can only upload 1 file per field. If u try to upload multiple files in same field, only last 1 will be saved”. What does it mean ? Can I still follow ur instructions to upload photos in 4-5 different files under photos category ? Thank you 🙏🏼

Hi, I really need your help.. I am almost done with my application for my husband but I'm in the 'proof of relationship to sponsor' section where I want to upload our photos, chat history etc. But I cannot upload more than 10 files. I grouped some of the photos into single pdf files, so I have 6 files for all our photos. But then I still can't fit everything else that I want to. There is no part in the additional document labeled 'photos'. Should I use the other 'proof of relationship' section to upload some of the stuff ?

Hi Suyash, i applied for inland spousal sponsorship on feb 4th, but i used the old method for the photos, i mean converted to pdf and mentioned the context below each photo and uploaded that pdf document in the portal...what should i do now? Will this cause any issues? Thanks
