I want to buy this pair of shoes for everyday wear, of course I will run sometimes, or often. They said half-size or full-size down, but in my opinion, go with your actual size

I mean you still can in my opinion, most of thing aren’t trendy anymore so if u have an eye for it shouldn’t be impossible no matter the age, and if ur confident anything will work.
