What my take on this is that though you are right that medicine is vast and we cannot cover everything but I strongly discourage this pov of restricting to important topics and management This will surely fetch you good grades in prof and Pg exam but in a long run it will be decremental in my personal opinion Rakesh Nair sir is the best medicine faculty He take medicine as an approach which it should be because at the end it’s the patient history through which you have to rule out and come to a particular diagnosis All other faculties are just throwing facts to make you mug up everything

Because Medicine is vast and never ending and we need to actively stop reading after a point. I don’t say this for any other subject. Just Medicine. Be through with Path - that’s more than enough for a MBBS.

Starting medicine from 3rd year and do ratta in 3rd year because i don't understand properly and in 4th year I just happen to buy marrow and did not regret it.
