It is much superior to the other study techniques other ppl use, L is a guy that depends on himself for solving problems, and another good exercise I will recommend for improving memory is recalling your daily activities with the maximum details before you go to bed. It's kinda weird to think the characters we were inspired so much and wanted to be so much all did very simple things to get to where they are: progressive learning, implementing and investing time in it in a regular cycle, i feel more confident when i watch these videos and realise they're not some complex hard psychological techniques but just dedication
