How to Structure Your Thoughts - Zentangle Tutorial - Ixorus
If you have a lot on your mind, lots of things to do, and need a break to switch your focus from work/family/thoughts, tangle with me. It's an interesting tangle “Ixorus” that will help you relax your mind and structure your thoughts.
You will need a pen, a piece of paper and 20 min of your time. You deserve a break from everything! Take some time for yourself, try Zentangle 🌟

Thank you for this video. Zentangle is always my go-to when I need to express feelings. My daughter passed away at age 51. She was my only child and found dead on the ground on a highway. So many questions yet to be answered. Thank you for this calming zentangle with beautiful music and your calming voice.💖🙏🙏🙏
