Thanks so much for making this video, Coach Ajit. I'm just starting out with my first 2 clients the day after tomorrow. The knowledge you shared here is pure gold. The whole session was full of Aha moments for me but one thing that really stood out to me was @16:08 how in session 10, we can make a 'soft sell' around any additional issue that as a coach we might have identified during our sessions. That's really wonderful advice to create your loyal client base. Thanks very much from the bottom of my heart.

This was very helpful especially since this will be my first time doing something like this. My favorite take away is to have a designed outcome and be clear about it also to see where the client is at before watching this video I didn’t think to do that. Thanks so much 🎉😊

This is gold Ajit! You have practically given a fool-proof way to structure and package Coaching. What stood out for me is while you have explained the coaching cycle, you did emphasise that it is dynamic. It is very important to be mindful of that. I see some Coaches, following with the process without course-correction. That delays outcomes and might shake confidence of the coach and of the client too. It’s important to track what’s going right and wrong and quickly upgrade way of coaching, where it is needed. Thank you for this video.

Thank you so much Ajit. Many blessings for this valuable information. What stood out was that we are serving our clients by keeping our eye on the outcome or progress. I often feel like pushing the time frame of the sessions (say 4 max), however, that’s a belief I had… I can see that clients do benefit from a longer and consistent time frame and clear defined outcome or progress (at the start).
