Does the water flow at the entry of the water tank cause variation? the tank vacuum pressure gauge was going crazy, does that also cause variation?

Very much so. entry sizing calibrators have to be correct size. With consistent vac and water flow at calibrator

Good idea to get tooling for vacuum sizing on tank before filling with water

Always change cutter blades before starting. Also notice cutter preheater. 😊

Would of been alot better if you talked us through it. Kinda hard to read the little words that ran by to fast to read. Besides that good quality video.

Not always, usually the tank of water the pipe is in, is under vacuum keeping the pipe round.
