@@eathletelabs real sports is how ive already known about a lot of what you talk about in your videos a lot of what you mention is either stuff i already knew but needed to be told it again and reminded of it or stuff i know but didnt know i knew if that makes sense lol but i agree it doesn't need to be sports at all, these things can be applied to most things in life i think, just slightly different ways

I find this really true especially the anger part. I played a lot of football (soccer) and just games. Back then I used to get very angry when things didnt go well and would play way better. Nowadays I dont get angry anymore and I feel my level of play have dropped in everything.

@Matias yeah maybe I explained it wrong but I do hold myself to a very high standard when I play football. I am a very bad loser and I do get angry at myself since I expect a lot from myself and from my teammates. I can give an example. I am dribbling the ball pulling defenders in so I can pass the ball to a free man or just go past. I get chopped on my ankles multiple times. I used to get angry trash talk and sometimes it would go out of hand almost too angry, but I would play better if that happens. Now that I am calmer and older I just let people talk. Honestly I think you are right to a degree tho I just need to find that switch again so I can get in the 'zone' more easily. I used football as an example since thats my main sport but the same applies for games but in a lesser degree.

I have a question: What do I do when I’m still learning, and yet constantly being chewed out, cussed at, and told to quit by other players who are impatient for me to be perfect? I have a hard enough time having confidence in myself, let alone when someone is screaming at me and telling me how bad I am… Like, dude, I already know I need to improve (I’m not pretending to be a pro); but if I don’t ever play at all, then that means I’m not even giving myself a chance to get better. 💔😢

I see where you're coming from, everyone was a beginner at something at some point. Frankly, I would just block these toxic players if you're playing team games. They are dragging everyone down with this approach. Nobody was born perfect. It could be also useful to find a group of players that you could play with that don't mind that you're still learning.
