Hello Mam, Thanks for the video. My baby is 16 month old, she started sucking thumb during night before sleep an whenever she feels hungry during night time in sleep, she used to do it. Her thumb has wounds as well, can you plz suggest anything to avoid it? She is not taking bottke feed as well.

My baby is 4 months old and he is sucking his entire hand especially like thumb finger and all other fingers as well I tried to control the control the thumb sucking habit but I couldn't make it. I feel like he is not taking proper feet from me instead he is showing so much interest on sucking his finger This normal can I allow him to suck his finger for soothing or should I stop him from this. Also if I should stop this habit shall I used some some bitter substance like aloe vera to control the sucking thumb?

Yes, u can use. It's a harmless method. But only when your baby is sucking very frequently, use it!

Hi doc, my son is 8 months now.. he used to sick his both thumb alternatively.. tried gloves neem oil but it's doesn't work ... He plays with toys for sometimes and again will start sucking thumbs.... Some people suggesting a medicine like femite .. I'm not sure abt it .... Becoz of thumb suck he is forgetting feeding ...
