I always felt very limited by the clothes I was able to buy and wear because of my severe sweating problem. I would be terrified of being 'found out' and thought of as 'that sweaty girl'. for a sweating scalp it’s good to use apple cider vinegar as a rinse everytime you wash your hair and you should exfoliate your scalp it helps a lot. aloe vera helps as well

It does help to switch out undergarments to brand new ones every 12 months. Lume works as an odor remover. Adding 1 cup of baking soda or 1 cup of vinegar to each wash load helps keep odor away if you can’t afford brand new often. Just don’t do both. One or the other. Big bags of baking soda for washing is usually by the detergent next to Borax powder. Add a stick deodorant then add a spray on top of that to help keep put odor and sweat away. Exfoliate your skin 2 times a week with a washing tool Not an oil exfoliate in summer. Sweat causes bacteria and bacteria causes odor. Tea tree oil 2 drops can help keep your face dry all day rub it evenly on. Don’t over do it to make it oilier. You also need to use tear tree soaps, shampoos etc.
