I was saved by Jesus Christ about 7 months ago, I was selling drugs and addicted but Jesus delivered me from it all. I’m 21 I had a similar experience to you coming to faith. The way you explained it was the same thing I needed to understand about sin. I never realized that doing what I want and living in sin brings no benefit to my life. So did I!!!! Jesus has protected me throughout my life. I am so thankful for him. I've always considered myself relatively good but it's so right. I compared myself to others not just following God's standards. His testimony on underbelly resonated with what I've always desired to know. God, the Master of the Universe is our only standard of Good. Throw away all our thoughts and allow God to take over. Praise the Lord for this testimony. 🙏

@@johnnychanglive I have a important question that hopefully u can answer. You say that we can’t be a sinner and righteous at the same time , that is true . But u also say that we cannot stop sinning so what ever sin your doing it doesn’t matter because we can’t stop anyway ? It’s a little confusing because that sounds a lot like your saying you can still continue living in sin and get to heaven, but the bible says to repent from your sins meaning to turn away from .For example living in fornication , I keep doing it ; but because Jesus died for me I’m still made righteous. Wouldn’t that be taken gods grace for granted ? And I know there’s a difference from struggling with a specific sin and living in it , meaning to do it consistently with out caring about the repercussions but The bible says those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of god. So wouldn’t it be more accurate to say we who accepted Christ as lord and savior are a sinner saved by grace by thru Jesus’s blood that makes us righteous? So to sum it all up yes we are sinners no matter what because we all fall short to the glory of God but because Jesus Christ died for us we are to live the way he intended and that includes turning away from our sin (repenting) and following him (living a Christ centered life)

Hey sister I highly recommend some of the videos Onorato diamanté makes. He exposes how false teachers have taken scripture out of context to make people trust in themselves for salvation, and he adds the context to make Jesus the true author of our salvation.

I saw you on under the influence and man you saved my life. I was at such a low point in my faith, constantly paranoid if I was worthy or not and not knowing how to differentiate between my thoughts and the evil spirits temptations. You explained everything so clearly that it I hadn’t seen the video I would have still been inconsolable. I have a new urge to read my bible and understand what you are able to when you say that there is always wisdom to be found in the Bible. Sin can also be translated as "missing the mark". I saw most of your interview online, pretty powerful. I had a close Chinese friend from the Montebello area when I was in university, he and his Mother were immigrants from Vietnam though Chinese cantonese speakers. I remember visiting him at his mom's rented apartment out there, very humble place he always took care of her. If you can go out to Korea, and have not yet, I suggest you do. Maybe visit the graves of your ancestors there, I lived in Korea for many years and speak Korean, I know a lot about Korea and Korean-Americans, my best friend growing up was from Korea. It helped me realize that as you said we cannot listen to our own voices and that is a trap I was beginning to fall in without even realizing. I cannot thank you enough I began to slip away from God and became much more quick to anger and not knowing why. But by listening to this I realize it has been sin at the core of it all this whole time. I believe God wanted me to hear your story and to realize the truths you were speaking and to realize there is a lot of what you were preaching that I can see in my life in a way. Everything you said made perfect sense and I felt that you knew how I have been feeling for a while. Have so much to say but will cut it thank you so much and God bless!

I have watched so many videos to get myself to change. I haven’t been able to for years because I’ve kept trying to trust myself but I keep messing up. It hurts me so bad because my mom does everything for me and I feel like a failure. You’re the first ones who’s made me realise why I can’t do it on my own. Thank you so much.
