I've heard only 3% of Americans know about the Rule of 72. The Rule of 72. How to make 1 Dollar Worth 15 Dollars. It is called the Rule of 72. It Is Called The Bankers Secret. The Bankers Don't Want You To Know This Exists. kzread.info/dash/bejne/fKmktbqxY8vNpbA.html MAKE 1 DOLLAR WORTH 15. A friend bought a house with the 30 year mortgage at 8 percent. He paid 500 dollars extra on the first three payments. So a total of 1500 dollars to save 20,000 dollars on his mortgage. For 1500 dollars he saved 2 1/2 years of house payments. Knowing the Rule of 72 enables YOU to do the same thing. How Money Doubles 72/20 Percent Interest=Doubles in 3.6 Years Or 72/1 Percent Take 72 Years To Double. The rich folks don't want us little people to know this. Know What the Bankers Know. This rule is very simple to divide the interest rate you are being charged or paid by 72 to obtain how many years it takes to double. So if you're being charged 20% on your credit card divide 72/20 percent your debt will double in 3.6 years. How Your Money or Your Credit Card Debit Doubles. Here is a conspiracy only 3 Percent of Americans know about the Rule of 72? The Rule of 72 is not taught in America but it is taught in grade school in Canada and Mexico. Einstein said it was more powerful than the atom bomb.

As an aspiring entrepreneur, I have always struggled due to procrastination. I read this book 'Procrastination Elimination Method' by John Isaac which was really life changing.

Two steps to kill procrastination -reduce the task to the ridicules(reduce 1 hour work to just 5 min) -Remind yourself of your why(know why you are working) And that's it...also implement valuetainment tips 🤣👌

It's really just what state of momentum I'm in. I procrastinate when I don't have much to do, I don't procrastinate when I'm super busy. That's really counter intuitive but momentum is a strange thing

Driving to gym at 7am sunday while listening to this! I made a plan last night, put it in my calendar and keeping a promise, bcz I value my word. Patrick is a great teacher!
I told myself that I shouldn't continue work on a project until I solved my procrastination problems. I guess that is a form of perfectionism, not for the end result, but for the process leading there. Thanks Pat for another wonderful video!
Procrastination, more often than not, is a consequence of not believing in what you do or being chronically tired - Either find something that resonates with you more or take a step back and chill fo a moment

I'm a procastinator and I'm Working on it. When I procastinate I take on more work, because I have all this time. Then it comes crubling down. It's hard to stop taking on more jobs. Doing to-do lists helps me a bit.
1. Bad time estimation 2. Overwhelmed ( took so many task ) 3. Distraction 4. Perfectionist 5. DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT. 6. Low energy 7. Boredom
This is spot on! I was diagnosed with ADHD at age 55. Once I was tested my crazy life made sense! Both in my personal life and career. Thank you the four decisions! I will use this.

“How to stop procrastinating” Me: damn, I should watch that. *three dots, watch later*
How to stop non stop research and planning my start-up. I can't sleep!! Can't turn it off.
Thank you. I'm a perfectionist and I procrastinate to avoid due to anxiety, yet that is self-sabotage and fulfills my the very thing I fear...
So happy i subbed to your channel, this is so much helpful. I am more motivated.
A another banger by my boy Patrick 💪🏽🔥🔥
Procrastination is a habit. Everyone needs to change that habit, like any other bad habit
Thank you!!! You know they should make all the kids in school watch and rewatch this channel every year!!
Another simple way of dealing with procrastination in a single step is to procrastinate procrastinating. Let's get these things done now so that we can postpone the postponing until after we are done and clear.
Mad respect Pat! You’ve changed my life since 1 year ago. I’m destroying it!
Thanks Pat...Excellent video
That's exactly what my issue is! I dont know what my first step is! So overwhelming! I've done everything now I'm stuck
I watch this whenever discouraged! Thanks Patrick
Thanks for vid, Pat!!!
Thanks Pat! As always great content with great takeaways!
As I grow more mature, I find that #1 is less and less of a problem. However, my downfalls are clearly #4 and 5. I almost never finish what I start, even when I really want to, so I usually do nothing because I think I won't finish this thing either. I'm working on shifting my mindset and finishing really small stuff to get momentum. I also started making lists and it helps sometimes. Otherwise, I ask somebody I trust to help me through the whole process, or I write everything down as if I'm brainstorming, then organize. Sometimes, #6 ans 7 kick in, #6, I do the smallest tasks then make sure to get enough rest or do activities that will give me that boost and I delegate for #7. I hate doing my taxes, but I've got plenty of accountants around me that just love to do that, so I ask one of them. The hardest part is when I can't delegate, but it solves most of my problems. The small victories/reward system really helps!
thank you for this video .. I see myself as a big procrastinator but never been able to understand on why I do that. Your video explains it well on things that make me procrastinate. I think I am a victim to some of the 10 factors that you listed. Now I am going to try and catch them before I fall into that trap and avoid procrastinating. I am glad that I noticed your video. Thank you !
Valuable as always ✌👍☺️
Again, thank you for your insight on this!
Thank you so much! Video was so helpful not only for me but my little friends trying to learn from me....

What's your business, if you don't mind me asking?
Procrastination is a problem solving skill that can easily become detrimental to implementing solutions. If all solutions were completely obvious to us, we would quickly move from problem to solution at the speed of Will.
I love this , This was super helpful
Excellent content.
Really wonderful...very useful points
Literaly amazing
I've had this on my 'watch later' list for over a year. I'll watch it at a later date.

Great video!
Great video! Keep up the great work :)
Reading a book called "Eat That Frog" and the author talks about looking at a goal as salami or Swiss cheese. Brian Tracy is the writer. Attack your project 1 slice, or 1 hole at a time. This video reminded me of that concept.
Just getting to watch this after 3 years. Should have watched it right away.

tq pat

I really need you as my mentor
Very good to know. I like the small victories concept. Those some official hacks!
