i found this method in comment section of youtube and it stopped system to use data but update your pc when you will have WIFI. 1) search services in search bar 2)Double click on "Background intelligent Transfer Services Properties " 3)in startup type choose "Disabled " 4)click on stop then apply then ok This method helped me and I hope it will help you too.
