Good video. Only thing I'll add is don't "never jump".. only time to jump is if they are contact meter dunking successfully overs and overs. Standing there will not stop it and often leads to getting dropped 😅

did they changed something with new gen because on oldgen 2k22 and 2k21 54 interior defense was enough to get a big amount of block with the shot creator 6.5 long wings , you only needed interior badge on gold like chase down artist and rim protector 70 of block , i always felt like it was one of the most useless stat of the game , always felt like chase down block was more about the good speed and timing + vertical and rim protector like postitioning and reactivity

I made the GOAT on current Gen. Then I got my ps5 and didn't know you couldn't transfer your file. Lol I hate that there are tiers on next Gen for badges. Makes it difficult

Yes and no, makes you slower but you can get bump steals and your hands can block passing lanes
