I have been watching these videos for like a few weeks/ a month and this has helped me self improve my mental and emotional health as a whole. This man is one of the few KZreadrs who handles these topics not as an essay but like a genuine conversational tone, I give my full support to him and thank you for all of these videos ❤🫡

Realizing that doubt, depression, shame, regret, hate, resentment, all of it is of no benefit. I do not feel better after thinking or feeling any of those and im not closer to my goals or to solving my problems after thinking/ feeling these.

You never fail to make your videos feel like a conversation and I appreciate that more than I could put into words. You ground me on my bad days.
