We need to use practical methods to remove corruption. One of them is to install CCTV cameras in government offices where they take bribe and the live feed of same should be display on the big screen on a public square. So that if he takes bribe all the public can see him. Because if the feed is seen by someone on a higher position of that officer, he can also be bribed but if the whole public is watching he can't bribe the whole public. This is one of my practical method to remove corruption to some extent.

I liked the fable but how can you get your work done when you bump on corrupt officers and workers in every departments ?? It is very easy to say these things sitting on a high pavement , flying in luxary jets and holidaying in paris. Ground reality is something different.

विषय:- भारतीय आदर्श जुनियर हाई स्कूल नारायणपुरी, सहारनपुर में फर्जी व अवैधानिक रूप से नियुक्त अध्यापकों की जॉच हेतु । महोदय, सविनय निवेदन है कि :- भारतीय आदर्श जूनियर हाई स्कूल नारायणपुरी सहारनपुर एक मान्यता प्राप्त जूनियर हाई स्कूल है जिसका शिक्षण संचालन भारतीय आदर्श स्कूल शिक्षा समिति उ0प्र0 सोसाइटीज रजिस्ट्रेशन के अन्तर्गत रजिस्टर्ड संस्था द्वारा किया जाता है। यही श्री भीम सिंह त्यागी ने फर्जी व कूटरचित प्रपत्र के आधार पर अपने आपको उपरोक्त संस्था का मैनेजर चुना होना दर्शातें हैं । यह कि प्रार्थी 21-02-93 से उपरोक्त संस्था का आजीवन सदस्य है । प्रार्थी वर्ष 2007 से 2012 तक उक्त संस्था की प्रबन्ध समिति का अध्यक्ष रहा है । यह कि उपरोक्त श्री भीम सिंह त्यागी ने उपरोक्त संस्था के प्राइमरी अनुभाग में फर्जी व गैर कानूनी रूप से आठ सहायक अध्यापक दो चतुर्थ श्रेणी व एक सफाई कर्मचारी की नियुक्ति प्रदर्शित की है । यह कि उपरोक्त ग्यारह नियुक्ति का एक अनुमोदन आदेश तत्कालिक जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी द्वारा दिनांक 13-04-98 को पारित होना भी दर्शाया है । यह कि यह भी अति महत्वपूर्ण है कि अनुमोदन आदेश दिनांक 13-04-98 द्वारा वर्ष 1986 आदि की लगभग बारह वर्ष पूर्व की नियुक्ति का भी है । यह कि नियमानुसार प्राइमरी विद्यालय में एक अनुभाग के लिए एक ही सहायक अध्यापक की नियुक्ति की जा सकती है। परन्तु श्री भीम सिंह त्यागी द्वारा विद्यालय में प्राइमरी अनुभाग मे आठ सहायक अध्यापकों की नियुक्ति दर्शायी गयी है जो कि पूर्णता नियम विरुद्ध है। यह कि UP Recognised Basic Schools (Recruitment And Condition of Sources of teachers and others Gordless) Rule 1975 की धारा 9 में निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के अनुसार ही अध्यापक व अन्य कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति की जानी चाहिये परन्तु निम्नलिखित से स्पष्ट है कि उपरोक्त नियुक्ति निर्धारित प्रक्रिया का अनुपालन किये बिना की गयी है। यह की नियुक्ति हेतु कमेटी ऑफ मैनेजमेन्ट द्वारा तीस दिन का समय देते हुये नियुक्ति हेतु विज्ञापन को अखबारों में निकाला जाना चाहिये। यह भी अभियोगी को 15 दिन पूर्व रजिस्टर्ड पत्र द्वारा साक्षात्कार की सूचना देना चाहिए। यह कि कमेटी ऑफ मैनेजमेन्ट द्वारा विज्ञापन हेतु कोई प्रस्ताव नहीं पारित किया गया न हा अखबार में कोई विज्ञापन प्रकाशित कराया गया । यह कि न साक्षात्कार हेतु कोई सूचना जारी की गयी न ही कोई साक्षात्कार हुआ यह कि विद्यालय में विद्यार्थियों की संख्या कुल 140 जबकि इन्होने 250 विद्यार्थी का प्रमाण पत्र दिया है । इस पूरे फर्जीवाड़े में श्री भीम सिंह त्यागी, पूर्व कार्यवाहक, प्रधानाध्यापक श्री रमेश चंद काम्बोज व अभी कार्यरत कार्यवाहक प्रधानाध्यापक श्री कर्णपाल जी शामिल हैं । कार्यरत कार्यवाहक प्रधानाध्यापक श्री कर्णपाल जी की सुपुत्री की नियुक्ति भी विद्यालय में फर्जी तरीके से दिखायी गयी है। जिसके लिए फर्जी बैठक दिखाते हुए मेरी (पवन त्यागी) की अध्यक्षता में बैठक दिखाते हुए इनको नियुक्त दिखाय़ा गया है। फर्जी बैठक की कार्यवाही संलग्न है । अतः उपरान्त से पूर्णतः स्पष्ट हो कि उपरोक्त नियुक्तियों की सम्पूर्ण प्रक्रिया फर्जी, जाली व नियम विरुद्ध है अतः उपरोक्त नियुक्ति अध्यापकों व कर्मचारियों की नियुक्तियों को निरस्त कराने की कृपा करें । प्रार्थी, (पवन त्यागी) 8802203753

We need privatization of government offices: It has been 7 months I have applied for driving licence renewal in Delhi. My application do not have any issue but they kept it on hold for 7 months and still countdown is going on.If it would have been in private hands they might have done their work in 2 to 3 days.Government employees do not work and only harass public. I just wanted to see how much it time takes without giving bribe to government employee. This country is standing on the shoulder of people those work for the country and pay tax rather than people those just enjoy only bribe , don't work and try to harass common people.Government makes rules and deploy government officers to break those rules by taking bribe. Privatization reduces corruption since I have never seen corruption in private organization and never saw any private employee asking for bribe.Moreover private employees have time limit to complete their work
