This channel is a god damn gem... I have been searching for something like this for a while now. I love my authentic funny self, I just find it difficult to express sometimes. It's the underlying fear of being spontaneous and in the moment. keep it up mate!!!

Truth is Charisma is the most potent attractor of all time.
Wow, that video is amazing. Never seen anything like this, everyone just says "raise your self esteem" or "realize that people dont care about you"

WOW - where have you been? I used to follow you for years ... first video I've seen in forever. Nice to see you're back. You are MUCH better as a single speaker than those group ventures ... you were pulled down by the authenticity of the people you were with ... KUDOS and happy returns

We're always here but videos seem to take a lot longer because we don't like churning them out (which is supposed to be the done thing these days). Thank you for your support, more on the way shortly...with me!
Love this, your creativity is extraordinary, you have a great sense for callibrating the intensity behind your message, not overkill and flashy, just the right balance.

I like the reminder that labels are mostly a product of other people's trauma. Like whoever that was in the video with the Trauma around their Schrodinger's cat experiment going badly.

I like your summary: labels are mostly a product of other people's trauma. I think trauma extends to inadvertently living in non-growth routines.
I am confident I am insecure I am charismatic I am weird I am succesful I am a loser I am funny I am cringe I am witty I am boring I am deep I am shallow I am loving I am cold I am loved I am rejected I am respected I am humiliated I am strong I am weak I am whole. I can choose to be any of these things. And still love who I am. I love who I am.
Loved it :) just what we need in times like these ❤🙌

Great video Marcus! Great to see you're back with more content. Though I'm really curious about the episode of the Graham Norton show you appear on. I know it's been years, but do you remember who the celebrities were?

..Finally! I was trying to think out to stick that line in this video but it didn't feel right this time round
*"How strange and foolish is man. He loses his health in gaining wealth. Then, to regain his health he wastes his wealth. He ruins his present while worrying about his future, but weeps in the future by recalling his past. He lives as though death shall never come to him, but dies in a way as if he was never born"* Imam Ali (ra)

Can we turn it around on them and force the negative words onto them? Only when they seem to enjoy someone suffering.
I try and talk to people but when I do I just don't know what to say so eeeeeeek.
Brilliant

@YourCharismaCoach

We're planning on doing a mix...so you'll likely see more long ones in future :-)
You know what I dont care anymore.
I find what helps me endure, of sorts, is whenever I feel judged (this is often with good cause xD ), I just concentrate on "well, do you prefer not being judged or continuing this behaviour which while somewhat odd, really brings you pleasure...", So, when you focus on love, and good intent, and reasonable expectation, well... Often it is just... Worth it. Also, appearantly I'm now on some list for indecent exposure... Just kidding. XD. ...probably xD

I really like this mindset. I think it's incredibly useful to have patterns in place (like the one you've described) that handle uncertain moments. I might play with this idea. EG. Is the value of odd positive experience > value of negative judgement?

@@YourCharismaCoach hmmm, kinda, lemme expand : I become uncomfortable-> where should I place my attention? In the feeling of uncomfort, and so stop the activity which I believe makes me appear silly, orrr, place my attention in this feeling of enjoyment, which I get from the activity. One is based in fear, one in love. One takes validation from external sources, so to speak, the other takes validation from inside, e.g. mybown enjoyment of my own actions. If all else fails, I will sometimes do this nasty trick whereby I look at the people, and tell myself "they are part of the background" basically, syphon away attention from external back to internal, whatever I am doing... For me, dancing is super duper para trooper xD but now clubbing is not a thing... So... I take the doggy on a walk, out my mask on, headphones on, and bam, let's move it move it, shake the money maker babyyyy xD. Mind you, I'm just an awkward self conscious dood, but this one thing... This one thing I wanna do... For me. For you xD ❤️
