rectrix gives 20 ad and 4% ms and costs 900 which means that 4% ms costs 200g cuz 20 ad is 700. So 1% ms is 50 and 7% ms on static is 350. thats some value right there

Most people who have the ability to play draven one trick him because the champ takes a shit ton of games played to play him at a decent level, relative to the average champion. So, people who one trick him often pick him regardless of team comp but he's also a champ that can be very punishing to pick into the wrong team comps. Where as jack has an incredibly high amount of skill on draven, but also is no longer a one trick and can pilot just about any adc champion incredibly well. He is generally an outlier though
