Eat more protein, more than you think you should, and less refined carbs (flours, sugar). It's pretty much that simple. The protein will reduce your hunger and not eating refined carbs will mean you won't CRAVE refined carbs! It's win win!

That works for people who eat badly when hungry. What about the people who eat even when they aren’t hungry? Some are just emotional eaters
Dude, all of you guys are awesome. I love your workout videos but the podcast was a sweet idea! Thanks for all of the great content!
Low calorie ice cream is key. The one i buy is a strawberry white chocolate. The entire pint of icecream is 297 calories.
Thank you
I have made a meal plan and a training program. Just gotta clock in and out.
Thank you for this I was about to cheat on my diet and then I saw this video and no I’m not
Having a Bento lunchbox was helpful in portioning out my macros and micros😊
Sit with the craving for 1 hour. AND THATS HARD NO DOUBT. But it will go away.
Wow a year in and I’m the only comment...c’mon youtube community does dieting suck that bad?? 😭😭

Most of the mukbangers are skinny AF. They must be bulimic. No way can they be that skinny after bingeing 4000 cal worth of food. No one's metabolism is that fast
For me not eating carbs until dinner or pre workout helps me a lot. Once I eat carbs I tend to get more hungry if I hadn’t.
I rarely get the intense cravings but when I do I give in but only a small portion. One potato chip goes a long way.
Men will only truly understand a sex related example XD. THANK U FOR THAT LOL
Best trick that worked for me- get a job at an ice cream shop. You see tons of morbidly obese people and you get used to being in front of palatable food lol

Cravings is either mineral deficiency or not eating enough protein.
The best thing is to like ur food what u eat haha
People make dieting way too damn complex...I fast during the week 16 hrs per day, I eat clean during the week, I don't count calories or meal prep, On the weekend I eat what I want put moderately not smash a whole pizza or drink a 6 pack. I workout 5-6 days a week....during the week I alternate calisthenics, mountain biking, walking 4/5miles, and on the weekend one day I will hike. I stay around 15% body-fat which I believe is my genetic set point limit. My abs are only visible in the light but I look and feel great! I don't care to have shredded abs just doing it for longevity. Im 6'2" 190lbs... Hardest thing people cant get past is changing their relationship with food and needs and wants. If its not sustainable for a month then its not sustainable life long...therefore you need to revalue why your doing it.
My tip is the simplest: Just throw junk food away.
Can u take one bite of the cupcake and be fine?

More likely to make you eat the whole thing. That just sets off dopamine making you want more.
