Nothing should change, black ops 2 doesn't update. Remember if you do it to slow it won't work, and if you go to fast it won't work. It will take time.

I was somehow able to perm save 2 and the rest I cant perm save. They'll disappear if I change it

To fix this you need to restart your game each time it does not work for some emblems
