You don't know how comforting it is to know there are others who feel like you don't belong in the gym and do only the basics because you're too self-conscious. Thank you for putting this together
I look at other ppl at the gym because i think they're doing something impressive and i want to learn how to do it by their form but i stopped because i felt like people might feel like i'm judging

Thank you for your interesting video - it's not just woman who get nervous in the gym. I can inetantly relate when you say you head for the treadmill for 20-30 minutes and then some abs exercises in the corner - that's my typical workout, but I love to have the confidence to use more equipment / weights!
If you feel self conscious at the gym and are comparing yourself to others, check out your city's community/rec centers! I workout exclusively at my city's rec center. It's rarely busy and it is mostly just older folks doing a morning gentle workout. And it is free!
I feel the same way! And it’s nice to know that I’m not alone in this.

I'm super self conscious but my gym is 24 hrs so I usually go at like 12-130 am 😅

Youre amazing. I now only do machines andI cant wait to do compound moves. Ive been wanting to do booty workouts with dumbells etc but im worried ab my form rather tahn doing the exercises. Idk where to do the exercises at the gym. But I really want to start lifting so I will now !

People look at me when I'm at the gym but it's usually because I'm 40 years younger than most of them and they're surprised to see me. 😅 My area is mainly retired snowbirds and it's great.

this is a skill issue girl you're you searching up "weightlifting for women" when what you're actually looking for is weightlifting splits, technique, and form lol
