Hey, I'm so happy I found your channel. I'm recovering from a work injury and now I've got a bulging disc and some facet degeneration. I would like to be able to incorporate some light weight training to help strengthen the muscles around my lower back. Can you please list a few exercises that would be safe for recovering lower back injury?
