I’ve been diligently working, saving and contributing towards early retirement and financial freedom, but since covid outbreak, the economy so far has caused my portfolio to underperform, do I keep contributing to my 401k or look at alternative sectors to meet my goals?

Agreed, a well-experienced advisor is invaluable, my portfolio is well-matched for every season of the market and has just yielded 100% from early last year. I and my advisor are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal, tho this could take another year.

This guy is misleading and is lying. He says he put 3300 down as a 3% down payment. But closing costs are probably more than his down payment

Saving up 5 grand to buy a home in 2024 is laughable. To do exactly what you did today every step of the way will require about 5 times the amount down. Waaay more difficult to get started, same difficulty to pick up steam.

No, he used an FHA loan. You can put 3% down. In many cities, a single family home can be found for $150,000. So… $4,500 plus closing costs of course so a bit more but the point still stands that it’s possible
