In this video, you mentioned about the courses you attended, the videos you watched, while he books you read etc. what would be great is if you did a video on the types of videos you watched, courses you attended, books you read etc. as it’s a maze out there and people can easily get lost! Love the videos by the way.

Do what everybody else is doing if you are okay with only having what everybody else has.Information that will pay you everyday, you've got to stop saving all your money. Venture into investing some, if you really want financial stability. Choose to grow and elevate your mind by studying audios, videos, attending conferences that will give you the edge!

@@lorenzodias8738 In situations like this,I always recommend to people on getting guidance at least from someone that understands price action and all that while you strive on improving yourself by watching videos and learning fundamental analysis.

@@adrianazhulpa2671 I used to invest on my own because of making your money work for you mentality but never made any progress until I sought the guidance of Daniel Christopher Downes and he has made me understand that strategy is everything.

Camera work is terrible, could have been better with 2 singles at different view points.

How do you go about creating a brand new 5 bed HMO on a property you haven't even yet purchased? Do you need to approach the council first, and look at licensing, an architect first? What are the steps needed before you even put an offer in, to ensure you know it's worth purchasing. I'm struggling to find information Any help you can give me would be most appreciated
