Actually, you don't need sledgehammer to open door in mansion. U can just ram it with your tractor
I'd say you're better off getting the gt rims and making fleetari to fit them with standard or gommer cobra tires since the wheels found at the mansion are by rng just about road legal, or beyond it, and also the gt rims look way cooler.
