Hi If you want to get 3 paint of chinchin You need to get digital scale and measuring cups and spoons Flour 3.5kg Sugar 820g Butter 525g Baking powder 5tsp Egg 8 Nutmeg 1tsp Cinnamon 1tsp Milk powder flavor 4tbsp Liquid milk 3½cups Flavor 4tsp Oil to fry

I taught if one use egg and milk for commercial chinchin it won't last, but what is the real answer to it, like how many days can this last longer My other question is that I want to start with 2 congos of flour for my chinchin business, as a student what can I do if am supplying to people, and it wont be like this chin chin soft or too hard or spoilt What's the answer to this Pls ma? @

Hey sis 👋👋 how are u... How is school.....our chinchin stay long oooo we do supply super market and personal consumption.....and we use milk and eggs oooo My advice for u....get small scale and measuring cups and spoons for adequate measurement Try to use my recipe on my channel

If you use this recipe, your chinchin oil wouldn't be foaming.... If your own recipe is foaming reduce your eggs and milk

We don't have nafdac number yet.u can start without nafdac.do you stay in Lagos....if yes..we do get our pouch from apongbon market on the island or ojota. For the pouch size I have video I just posted last week for our big pouch size
