Hey Ross, you nailed it once again...i love it to be a perspectiveacademy member and glad to join my first group call this Thursday (a little bit late I know ) , I lost a little bit off track with my sales goals while an "ok" wedding season and now start to put my f ass on the sales boat to gain my feet into business customers again. I failed on the acquisition side but learned a lot of the creative crafty side. So 2023 will be my jordan belfort business year xD

This is the pure holy Bible i got for free, I'm nervous to begin my film school from next year, I'm more concerned about business side of video production bec I'm not interested in film industry. I'm attending film school for the skills and great networks. So i plan to start off my production company within first few months in film school and slowly scale up till the time i pass out and start legit work

Hey Ross, Great video. I'm watching this in 2024. Since I'm thinking of lunching my video production company this year. I do have a few questions to ask you if you can help! Should I reach out to clients before I set up my website and email address so that I can grow my portfolio slowly since I have been to film school, and should I also use my stuff from there on it? Do you think this is a good idea or should I create my website first? On the roadmap idea, which I think is fantastic is there a template I can download to use?

Unfortunately, I can't comment on the market conditions of your country however I would strongly suggest taking the time to research the video production market. I would suggest maybe contacting some potential competitors to see what their rates are? Check out what sort of companies they shoot for and what type of quality they produce. You've got this pal!

Hey Sean! Thanks so much dude! I certainly have, it works really well and once you are in a flow you can do just as many (well, almost 😀). Also IG video DMs have worked well in the past. Just need to make sure it's a nice background and you're providing value to the prospect 🙌🙌

Great video but asking to subscribe multiple times in one vid gets on my nerves. It feels a little desperate. This is the problem with KZreadrs and influencers, they give advice on Subjects before they have any success and experience worthy of teaching. Just because you have the means to say something doesn’t mean you should for the sake of content.

I think finding a Niche is just as important. Stop doing everything.
