Everything has been explained in detail. میرا صرف ایک سوال ہے۔ ہوسٹل یا آفس یا چھوٹی فیکٹری کے ملازمین کو ماہانہ بنیاد پہ ناشتہ.دوپہر کا کھانا اور رات کا کھانا ڈلیور کرنا ہو تو کیش میتھڈ کیا ہو نا چاہیے۔ کنفیوژن یہ ہے کہ ایڈوانس کلائینٹ ادا کرنا نہیں چاہتے۔ اور ماہانہ 100 یا 200 لوگوں کا کھانا بغیر ایڈوانس کے بہت نقصان ہوتا ہے۔ لہذا آپکے ذاتی تجربے کی بنیاد پر مخلص مشورہ کی ضروت ہے۔ اور آپکے جلد جواب کی توقع ہے

walaikum asalam my dear the stove I have in my kitchen is glass electric in which I cook almost 5 kg rice, if you think your stove will not handle large amount of food you can cook food in batches like you can dump biryani in two pots or you can buy a heavy duty electric stove from amazon

So agar rice 400rs/kg ka use karahay hay so, 1 kg rice is 100 rs 1/2 kg is 50 rs 250 g /1 pao is 25rs so jitna ap use karahay hay autna ap costing may add karo gay

Thank you!!! If someone ask you for 1 kg rice make 1 kg so no leftovers, I usually make little more quantity then required and leftovers i use it home Otherwise put it on sale like market place or social media account Or give them to people who is in need if you can

1 serving is 1 cup or raw basmati rice and 2 chappati which is consider as regular or medium sized meal similarly small is 1/2 cup rice raw and large is 1 1/2 rice raw
