9:20 One thing I've been hearing a lot lately is that one of the biggest issues a lot of people face in business is simply not keeping track of their numbers. It's really easy to think "Oh, my agents are doing well" when they're closing deals consistently from your leads, but if you're spending more than you're earning from them then it's actually a bad thing.
