I'm planning on building a nightclub right now ,just as covid hopefully dies down . What's your opinion on this. A load of clubs have closed in my city and the rents our super cheap right now . However covid is very unpredictable.

There's 2 ways of looking at this - opening a nightclub (eg: renting a space getting a liquor license etc - which in truth would be expensive), otherwise approaching an existing nightclub and requesting to promote a night - which is more what my videos are about. Prices for either would vary and answers to the best of my knowledge are given in the videos - good luck!! You've got this :)

A venue is telling me I need to make 10k behind the bar. For a 300 capacity venue, is this expensive?

Haha - yes it's complete robbery - they are basically saying if you lose out, not only do you cover their expenses but they will want to make money off you while they are at it. Perhaps say ok, if my crowd only buys $3k worth of drinks and you want me to pay the other $7k, do I get the $7k worth of alcohol!! lol
