About the new game thing, Capcom announced that they’ll add in a New Game on the main menu through a patch.

Yeah my guy looked like a gremlin compared to everyone else and I tried to make him my actual height. I was mortified

There's ways in game to change your character and pawn.

ngl Im not interested in this game until it sells at 50% off and under and im on pc but have a like I see you trying brother

Thanks for watching and for the support! Life is a little stressful right now so I’m enjoying any game that I can escape into at the moment. But, I totally get where you’re coming from. It’s great fun at the moment but there are definitely things about it that make it a bit tedious to play at times.

I tried this method and the game still remembered my old save file. Nothing I try will delete it from the game.

Strange, I was able to do it multiple times with success. Do you have cloud save enabled on your system? If so you may have to turn that off as well.

@@bishopbashem I have no idea. I didn't even know that cloud storage was a thing. If it is turned on I certainly didn't choose to turn it on.

@@grandfatherwilkens2987 From the PS5 dashboard, open the Settings menu on the top of the screen, then select Saved Data and Game/App Settings. If Auto-Sync Saved Data is on, turn it off, which will disable cloud saves, then go back to the main Settings menu. Select Storage, then Saved Data. Scroll to Dragon’s Dogma 2 in the list and delete the save data there. If you want to turn cloud saves back on, wait until you’ve actually opened Dragon’s Dogma 2 and created a new save file before you do it. If you’re prompted to choose between two saves, pick the most recent local copy.

@@grandfatherwilkens2987 if you have the most recent update for the game it allows you to choose new game on the title screen!
