Good video, good editing, interesting topic but poor analysis of his business. Something as basic as single spot rents not even being disclosed is a major miss. Feels more like a promotional video for his business. He lost credit as soon as he said this was primarily meant to hold his collection. It would be more finance relevant if you told the story of how he built his health care business.

The Healthcare company we started with one person in 800 sq ft in 2006 with a loan on our house - did you think these types of building get built without decades of hard work and 120 hr work weeks to pay for them?
