i most say , you tried in your information but i will suggest you get familiar with the states in the north and know what you can get, you seem to lack knowledge of the far northern states like katsina zamfara sokoto jigawa kano yobe bauchi etc all the stuff you discuss here are grown more in those states , and this states has all the export food commodities you can imagine ,you need to know what they produce very well, secondly the worse mistake and body can do is to buy off a farm land before the farmer harvest, that is a big big mistake ,business is not done in anticipation, Islamic ally is forbidding, buy what your eyes see not in anticipation ,anything can happen
