Not for wood plank specifically but all the techniques in this video would apply.
Hi Jason. I am putting in a retaining wall with concrete retaining blocks from the hardware store and wanted to see if you could tell me what stain I might use to get it to match what is already at the house. I can send you a photo so you can see what I am working with. THank you in advance.

Smith stains are water-based, so it can wear off over the years, but it is easily touched up. Color matching will be the easiest with Smith Stains. acid stain works on concrete only if that answers your question
